Account and Registration

To open a new account at ace68, you just need an active mobile number, a valid email address, and a Bangladeshi ID document. The registration process is fully online and takes only a few minutes. Provide accurate information, as identity verification may be required at the time of withdrawal.

The ace68 platform is for users aged 21 and above only. Minors are strictly prohibited from creating an account. A national ID card or passport may be requested at any time to verify age. This rule is strictly enforced in the interest of responsible gaming.

No, a person may hold only one ace68 account. Creating multiple accounts is against the platform's rules and may result in all accounts being suspended. If you are having trouble accessing an existing account, contact support via live chat.

Click the "Forgot Password" option on the login page and enter your registered email or mobile number. ace68 will send a verification code that you can use to set a new password. If you have trouble, contact 24/7 live chat directly — support is available in Bengali.

Go to the ace68 Login page and log in with your registered mobile number or email and password. Always use a strong password to stay secure, and do not check the "Remember me" option on any public device. You can also log in easily from a mobile browser.

Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits from bKash to your ace68 account generally take no more than a few minutes. Once the payment is successful, your ace68 wallet balance will update automatically. If there is any delay, contact live chat with your transaction ID and it will be resolved promptly.

The minimum deposit at ace68 is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal is also ৳500. This limit is the same for all methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. It is more convenient to deposit a larger amount at once rather than making many small transactions.

Withdrawals from ace68 generally take between 10 and 45 minutes. Withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are usually the fastest. Bank transfers may take a little longer, but the process is completed within 45 minutes at most.

ace68 currently supports the most popular payment methods in Bangladesh — bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. All methods are fully secure and protected with encryption. More payment options may be added in the future.

After logging in to your ace68 account, go to the "Deposit" option and select Nagad. Send your preferred amount to the designated Nagad number and submit the transaction ID. The balance will update within a few minutes. The minimum deposit is ৳500.

ace68 does not charge any transaction fees of its own. However, bKash, Nagad, or your bank may apply their own charges, which are outside ace68's control. It is a good idea to check the fee structure of your payment app or bank before making a transaction.

RTP stands for Return to Player — it is the average percentage of total bets that a game returns as winnings over the long term. It is a statistical figure, so it does not guarantee a win in any single session. A higher RTP generally indicates a greater chance of returns, but every spin is fully independent and random.
